Hi, I'm Katie.
I believe everyone deserves to feel confident in the gym.l grew up swimming, playing netball and rugby, and strength training. Like a lot of people, I didn't always know what / was doing when I first started in the gym-just following random workouts and hoping for the best. This is what inspired me to learn, and to help others feel more in control of their training.
In 2024, 1 graduated with BSc in Sports Therapy from the University of Birmingham. I have a strong understanding of strength and conditioning, rehabilitation and injury prevention, working with athletes to improve performance and stay injury- I also gained experience supporting major events like the London Marathon and charity events at St George's Park.
My focus is helping people build confidence, consistency and long-term results in an environment where they feel comfortable and understood.
