I’m, a Personal Trainer at PureGym and founder of RISE Fitness. I’m passionate about helping people lose body fat, build confidence, and achieve sustainable, long-term results.
I’ve attended international fitness summits in Portugal 2022 & Brighton 2023 with some amazing speakers and have also taken part in fitness competitions with the James Smith Academy across 2022 and 2023. My background in sport started earlier, where I was part of the track team at the University of Windsor in Canada. I also trained in Taekwondo recreationally in Canada and later went on to teach group exercise classes in Taebo (a combination of Taekwondo and aerobic training), at 3 gyms in Pakistan from 2004 till 2008.
I specialise in fat loss using simple, effective methods — focusing on calorie control, structured training, and building sustainable habits. I’m particularly passionate about helping women in their 40s achieve a strong, confident physique through practical strategies like increasing daily movement (NEAT), step count, positive mindset, resistance training and maintaining a manageable calorie deficit.
My favourite exercise is the deadlift — a true full-body movement that builds strength, resilience, and confidence especially in women!
