I became a personal trainer to inspire and support people to feel stronger, healthier, and support people to feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Whether your goal is to improve fitness, boost performance, or simply feel better in everyday life, I'll guide you every step of the way.
With 14 years' experience in fitness coaching and over 21 years in mental health, I understand how closely the mind and the body are connected. I believe exercise should not only build strength but also improve mood, confidence and overall wellbeing.
I began dance at the age of 3, completing my grades and exams, becoming a Dance Champion, and later touring the world professionally. Alongside this, I achieved the title of Adult British Gymnastics Champion. These experiences shaped my passion for movement, discipline, and performance - qualities I now bring into my coaching.
My approach is completely tailored to you - I'll design programmes that fit your goals, lifestyle, and needs, ensuring you enjoy the process as much as the results. I love helping people not only reach their goals, but to naigate life challenges with strength, resilience, and confidence.
