About me

Hi, I’m James! I’m a fully qualified personal trainer with a strong sporting background and a passion for helping people unlock their true potential, both on and off the pitch. I've played a wide range of sports for as long as I can remember, with my real passion being rugby. This has taught me the importance of athleticism, discipline and smart training which I now use in my coaching. These experiences have fuelled my commitment to developing well-rounded, resilient athletes — whether you're training for sport or simply striving to become the best version of yourself.

I also hold a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, giving me an in-depth understanding of human performance, biomechanics, and evidence-based training methods. I combine scientific knowledge with practical athletic experience to deliver sessions that are efficient, challenging, and tailored to your goals.

Training should be purposeful, enjoyable, and sustainable. I focus on building solid foundations, helping you develop long-term habits that support a healthy lifestyle and most importantly, making the gym enjoyable! Whether you're new to the gym or an experienced athlete, I’ll work with you to build confidence, stay consistent, and achieve results you’re proud of.
