I’m L-J, a personal trainer who helps people transform their body, build confidence in the gym, and achieve lasting fat-loss and body-toning results in as little as three workouts per week.
If you’re new to training or unsure whether personal training is right for you, I offer a free 1-hour taster session where you can train with me, ask questions, and see how it works with no commitment. If you’d prefer a more structured start, I also offer a 2-session introductory package at a special beginner rate, with personalised support and a simple, realistic plan.
