I havent always been strong and confident myself but since turning 40 years old and competing as a masters bikini bodybuilder I have found that strength and confidence I have always been looking for.

I went into my 40th year competing as a bikini masters bodybuilder for the first time and have continued my journey ever since completing a certified physique course.
