About me

Hi, I’m Laura 👋

If you’re reading this, chances are you’re thinking about personal training but aren’t quite sure where to start, or you’re feeling a bit nervous about getting back into the gym. If that sounds like you, you’re not alone. I work mainly with women who want to feel stronger, more confident, and more in control of their bodies, especially if pain, injury, surgery, or life changes have knocked their confidence.

You might be:

• Anxious about coming to the gym and unsure what you should be doing

• Lacking confidence using weights but wanting to feel stronger and more defined

• Wanting proper education around fitness, strength training, and nutrition

• Feeling stuck with fat loss or frustrated that nothing seems to be working

• Managing an injury, medical condition, or long-standing aches and pains

• Returning to exercise after having a baby and wanting to do things safely

If any of that sounds familiar, we should have a chat. My background is in sports rehabilitation and personal training, and I believe rehab and strength should go hand in hand. I don’t believe in writing people off as “too injured” or telling them they should avoid weights. Instead, we focus on understanding your body, building stability and control first, and then gradually increasing strength and load as confidence grows. Over the last 10 years, I’ve worked with athletes, military personnel, and everyday people who simply want to feel better in their bodies. Sessions are tailored to you, you won’t be pushed faster than you’re ready for, and you’ll always understand why you’re doing what you’re doing. I offer:
