I have 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and over a decade of coaching, helping clients achieve real, lasting results. My journey into personal training began after overcoming depression, where returning to the gym gave me clarity, purpose, and a renewed mindset—an experience that allows me to truly support clients who may doubt their own potential.
I specialise in muscle building, fat loss, and proper lifting technique, working with both beginners and experienced lifters. I also offer boxing padwork, functional training, and Olympic lifting to build strength, coordination, and performance.
More recently, I’ve focused on injury rehabilitation, mobility, and joint health—helping clients move better, reduce pain, and prevent future issues.
