A Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer, I offer structured, results-driven sessions tailored to each client’s goals, whether that is fat loss, strength, fitness, or improving overall health. With a background as a former footballer, I bring elite-level training knowledge, discipline, and experience into every session. My sessions combine strength training, functional fitness, conditioning, and football-inspired drills to improve performance, mobility, and confidence. I focus on correct technique, progressive training, and creating an enjoyable environment where clients feel supported and motivated. I work with clients of all abilities, from beginners looking to build confidence in the gym to athletes wanting to improve speed, power, and endurance.
