About me

Reading this is the first step.

This is your fitness journey- one that can be intimidating, especially if it's your first time working with a personal trainer or even stepping into the gym.

My goal is to make that transition as smooth, supportive and exciting as possible. Listening to your goals is my top priority. Even if two people have similar goals, no two are the same – and your experience with me will reflect that.

About me:

Spending over a decade in the fitness industry, I’ve experienced a wide range of personal goals and challenges. I’ve played football my whole life, explored CrossFit and taken on marathon distance hikes and runs all while maintaining my passion for building muscle.

I was a training Royal Marine Commando before a reoccurring back injury brought that chapter to an end. While the path has changed, my passion didn’t – I’ve channeled this experience into helping others push towards becoming their strongest, most confident selves. I’ve learnt discipline, drive and resilience and I bring that same energy to every person I work with.
