Stuck outside the entrance doors
1. Find the keypad near to the doors - it may be on the wall.
2. Enter your 8-digit PIN and press 'OK' to open the doors. Head here to get a PIN reminder.
Entry pod or speedgate not opening
1. Scan your QR code or enter your PIN using the keypad/scanner next to the pod/speedgate. Make sure to press OK after entering your PIN.
2. If it doesn't open, try another keypad and wave at the sensor above the pod/speedgate after entering your QR code/PIN to ensure that it's picking you up.
3. If this fails, check your email inbox for an email from PureGym explaining why you can't enter the gym.
If you haven't received an email...
1. If you're visiting during staffed hours, press the assistance button to get help from a member of staff.
2. If you're visiting during unstaffed hours, try the tips below:
- Membership issues - Log in to the PureGym app to see if there is an issue with your membership. An outstanding payment, freeze, cancelled membership or suspension would stop you from entering the gym.
- Off-peak hours - Check your off-peak hours to make sure you're entering at a permitted time.
- Buddy visits - If you have used your 4 visits per calendar month, you will not be able to enter the gym again until next month. You can check your activity on the PureGym app.
