I've been a personal trainer for 12 years and have worked in the fitness industry for over 15 years. I first got into fitness when I started training to become a professional wrestler over 23 years ago. Being overweight most of my teen years and a huge fan of pro wrestling this was a great way for me to start my fitness journey. I would always ask different wrestlers how they got in such good shape and was told various different ways from person to another. Being very confused I started taking little snippets and finding out what would work for me, then it hit me. I'm definitely not the only person who has felt like this and made it my personal goal to help others who may be in the situation I was in.
Being a personal trainer I have helped people lose over 100 pounds in body weight, I helped brides get ready for their big day and have helped 5 people complete a marathons and have helped new mothers shed the baby weight. I train people around Europe and the USA.
