About me

Hey, I’m Amie - Personal Trainer at PureGym. You will find me in the evenings on the gym floor. Don’t be shy, come and say hello – I promise I don’t bite! But if you want a PT, I’ll sure make those sweat glands cry! I got into fitness many years ago. I really enjoy running – I’ve run 6 half marathons, 2 full marathons, 1 ultra, a few 10K’s and 5K Parkruns. I also played rugby. With all that running you may guess that I played winger – No.11. I loved playing but due to work commitments I couldn’t continue in case of injury. But I coach rugby now instead and I love getting players ready for their games. I also run fitness classes at local community centres with my Sit And Be Fit chair-based classes. My clients love it and its great fun. I help people to be more positive and help with their mindset through life coaching and fitness training – making their endorphins soar through the sky.
So, if you’re looking for someone who can motivate you, help you thrive, lose weight and have a great time, then I’m your girl.
