Fitness, Strength, Motivation and Accountability. It’s time to take control of your health and fitness and be more confident. I provide tailored, individual Personal Training sessions to get you to achieve your goals, lose body fat, feel stronger, have better mobility and improved overall health. I have a background in triathlon, running and mountaineering, though these days I split my time between the gym, trail running and looking after two teenage children. I can do 1-1 or 2-1(couples/friends) sessions, I’ll also give you personalised sessions to do in your own time through the week and diet tips. So, grab me for a chat when I’m in the gym or call/text me. It’s time to get in shape with Andy.
