Hey, I’m Dylan, and I have been a qualified Personal Trainer since 2023.
The reason I chose to pursue a career in fitness, is because I have always been active, competing in athletics as a junior at a high standard.
Initially I was hesitant to train in a gym, and completed most of my own training at home. That was until I reached a point where I couldn’t progress any further training at home, so decided to give the gym a try.
It was at this point I realised the gym isn’t as scary and intimidating as I thought it would be, and I want to use these experiences to help others feel as comfortable and confident in the gym as I am now.
My specialist areas are hypertrophy, weight loss and group training, as well as an enthusiasm that can help motivate you through even the most disliked of exercises.
