I’m Dayton Powell—a Level 2 & 3 Personal Trainer, boxing coach, and Army Cadet Force Probationary Instructor. Since lockdown, I’ve taught boxing classes and provided strength and conditioning for amateur boxers, helping build power, discipline, and resilience. My experience as a youth mentor and trauma-informed practitioner means I bring patience, structure, and real-life understanding to every session. Through fitness, I help people overcome barriers, build confidence, and develop a strong mindset.
