My approach is calm and supportive, while keeping you focused and moving toward your goals. I’m trained in low‑intensity Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, so I don’t just coach workouts. I help you build habits, structure, and confidence. I’m also experienced in strength training, bodybuilding, and athletic conditioning, meaning your plan is always tailored to what suits you best.
