Hi, I’m Shaq and I've been training consistently for the last 10 years, during which I developed a deep understanding of the human body, training systems and skill development.
After working with some of the best coaches in the country to reach my own goals in Olympic Weightlifting, I have firsthand experience on how the best deliver training regimes and consistently reach goals with clients. I aim to take what I’ve learned in strength & conditioning, techniques and mindset training to guide my clients towards a super version of themselves. I am passionate about teaching others the ways of the barbell and the special connection between the body and the mind. Fostering synergy between the two through fun and engaging exercises that make you feel exceptional. In my free time I like to be creative with videos on social media, watch anime and movies, and play video games! I’d also like to read more so book recommendations welcome!
