I began my fitness journey at 19, driven by a desire to build confidence and improve both my mental and physical well-being. With a background in sports — particularly football — I’ve always been passionate about staying active. After stepping away from team sports, I found a new love for running, which I now pair with strength training. This combination allows me to stay strong in the gym while also chasing fast times across various distances. My primary focus is on half and full marathons, and I’ve proudly completed several of each.
I became a personal trainer because I genuinely want to help others feel better, move better, and perform at their best — whether that’s in the gym, on the track, or simply in everyday life. My goal is to support and empower people to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.
