Hi, I’m Scott! I’ve been training for over 10 years, gaining both industry experience and personal insight along the way. I strongly believe in not just talking the talk—but walking the walk. My journey began at age 16, when I was clinically obese. Determined to change, I designed and committed to my own transformation program, ultimately losing over 30kg (5 stone). That was just the beginning. Phase two of my journey focused on building strength and muscle through a combination of hypertrophy and strength training—bringing me to where I am today. This personal transformation is what led me to become a personal trainer. I know what it takes to make lasting change, and now I help others do the same—empowering people to take control of their health and build a life they’re proud of.
