Hi! I’m Aneta, a personal trainer with over 12 years of experience on my own fitness journey - one that’s had its fair share of struggles, setbacks, and lessons. Because I’ve been there myself, I’m passionate about helping others navigate their own paths with support, empathy, and the right guidance.
I specialise in fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, and building overall physical capability. But for me, it’s never just about the workout - it’s about creating a lifestyle that makes you feel strong, confident, and mentally clear.
I believe a strong connection between trainer and client is essential. I take the time to listen, understand your needs, and tailor every session to you. Mental health matters just as much as physical health, and with me, you’ll always find a judgment-free space where you can show up as you are.
