I am Rashed, The Head Coach of RR Strength. Here at RR Strength, we provide a range of Services tailored to your Fitness Needs. From In Person 1-1 PT, to Remote Coaching and Hybrid Coaching.
We Specialise in Strength Training, Weight Management, Muscle Development and Sport Specific Performance. I have been Training for the Last 9 Years.
Whilst coming from an Athletics and Football Background, I got into weight training from the age of 16. Ever since, I have been hooked. Fitness is and always will be a Part of my Life. I am now Powerlifting and have been for the last 7.5 Years, from competing in Local Divisional Competitions, to National Level.
Here at RR Strength, we provide a Community and constant support to enable you to reach your fitness goals. I know how it feels, walking into the gym for the first time with the feeling of being watched and judged.
