After several years in the corporate sector, I made the decision to transition into a career that reflects my true passion—health and fitness. I believe that fitness should be inclusive and accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting point. My training philosophy focuses on delivering effective, tailored programs that meet individuals where they are—whether they’re new to the gym, aiming to build strength, or fine-tuning their performance. In my own training, I combine strength work, mobility, and cardiovascular conditioning to support the activities I love outside the gym—whether that’s hiking, climbing, or simply staying active and injury-free in daily life. I’ve seen firsthand how a balanced, functional approach to fitness can enhance performance, prevent setbacks, and make everyday movement more enjoyable.
