About me

As an ex-rugby player turned coach, I help man and athletes rebuild strength, regain performance and develop lasting confidence.

My mission is to guide you back to your peak - physically and mentally - so you can feel powerful again, both in and out of the gym.

After gaining weight post lockdown and during college, I turned to trqining as a way to rebuild myself. That journey taught me how structure, discipline and the right coaching can change everything.

Now, I bring that same structured, performance focused approach to my clients - whether you're getting back into the game or building strength for life.
