We're open 24/7

We know you're busy. That's why PureGym Denton is open 24 hours a day. In other words, if you fancy a workout before work, after work, during lunch or through the night we're here if you need us. And so you can leave ready to face the world again, we’ve got changing rooms with shower facilities, hairdryers and lockers.

Spacious setting

We are great value and spacious gym offering the very best equipment. Our Denton gym is 16,600 square feet so there’s plenty of room to work out. Hop onto one of our cross trainers, stationary bikes or treadmills for a cardio classic or boost your strength with our new plate-loaded kit. We have a large free weights area and more than 220 pieces of state-of-the-art equipment to suit everybody’s needs.

And for those of you who prefer to work out in a group environment we have more than 50 free classes waiting to be explored. Check out our packed timetable and pick from general fitness, fat burn, or maybe you fancy taking a spin in one of our high-tech cycles in which you will ride through a mixture of terrains with music to motivate you along the way. How to find us

We are based on Oldham Street in between Sainsbury's and Dogs Trust. The club is situated at the end of the M67 at the Denton Roundabout where it connects to the M60 motorway.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Messy at times Pure gym Denton is a well equipped gym for all levels and types of fitness requirements. I mainly use the free weight area, which is the only area I have concerns about, it is very often a mess, with benches all over the place and free weights left everywhere, despite notices being up to return weights to racks, many gym goers appear to take no notice and I seriously doubt anyone has had their membership frozen for not putting weights back - this needs to be enforced. The range of free weights is great, with dumbbells up to 50KG. quality of the equipment is very good, with maintenance and repairs happening quickly, I would suggest that there should be more and multiples of accessories used on the cable equipment, as these are often in short supply.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but lacking equipment for a gym so busy The gym is generally good, much better going later on or weekends. There's a lot of cardio equipment and quite a small functional fitness area, which i think would benefit from being bigger especially as this is off bounds when there are functional fitness classes on. Its also nice to see women in the weights area too, but again, some women's 15kg bars wouldn't go a miss.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Gym I signed up not long ago and have been using Denton gym frequently as it’s close to where I live. I find it very easy to get to and also the gym itself is very good. It has everything I need and it’s actually motivating me to workout harder because I see other members working out and it’s giving me that extra push to try and do more with my workouts. Im very pleased I’ve signed up. The only thing I would like to see is the equipment to be more cleaner as sometimes when I go on the machines I see sweat marks on them and they are sometimes sticky to use which I find off putting. I only noticed that once when I visited in the evening so perhaps it was busier day and more people were using the machines. Overall I am happy with the gym!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Quiet, clean and good atmosphere. I don't go very often due my job but, every time attend is always good. However, I would love to see (someday) the trainee team be more approachable with the clients. I mean, they should be advising constantly to everyone, if the exercises are correctly executed or not. There are too many people that unfortunately are doing lots of stuff in a not very safety way and also shy to ask the staff all the time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for money Great gym & package to use other gyms. Finding it difficult to give 4 hours notice for cancelling classes, due to unpredictable job & traffic. Think 4 hours is too long, poss 2 hours would work better. Also is it possible to set actual station spaces on the studio floor. I.e marker where everyone should go to use space more effectively???
