Hi, my name is C-Jay.
I started training at 16, with my bother who introduced me to the gym. Over time fitness became more than just a hobby, it turned into something I wanted to share with others. That’s what led me to become a personal trainer, to help people improve their fitness, build confidence, and see what they’re capable of. I enjoy all parts of training, from, strength and hypertrophy to conditioning. But I love functional and strength training.
What drives me most is knowing how much fitness can change someone’s life, both physically and mentally, so let me help you.
