HI! My name's Rae, one of the PT's here at Puregym.
I'm personally into powerlifting, and pole fitness. When I'm not training, I'm usually either gaming, or drawing.
I fell in love with fitness when undergoing my own fitness journey, losing 7 stone and finding enjoyment out of exercise. I have the firsthand knowledge of how difficult it can be to go through a massive lifestyle change, but also just how rewarding it can be. It's far too easy to fall into unhealthy and restrictive habits, and I want to show you, you can achieve your goals and still enjoy life. Fitness should be balanced, susainable, accessable and enjoyable, whilst being tailored to realistic goals. Disordered eating prevention is something I am particularly passionate about.
I can help you achieve your goals, and give you the knowledge to reframe how you think about fitness and adopting a healthier lfiestyle. Everything is tailored to your goals, whether you just want the gym to be less daunting, or want to lose weight. I have extensive experience in adaptave fitness too, ensuring you can still train around things like injuries or even just bad knees.
