Hi I’m Holly, a personal trainer with experience coaching 50+ clients in a 1:1 setting and leading group training sessions for hundreds more.
I specialise in physique-focused training—helping clients build muscle, improve shape, and create a more defined, balanced body. My coaching is centred around hypertrophy, body composition, and visible results. I also work closely with clients on fat loss, focusing on reducing body fat to feel more confident in their body.
My approach is structured and results-driven. I don’t use generic programmes or guesswork—every plan is built with clear progression, to help you move towards your specific goals.
Alongside training, I provide integrated nutritional guidance to support both fat loss and muscle development, ensuring everything works together to drive consistent progress.
