In my own life I’ve exercised for a range of different reasons - sport-specific performance, aesthetics, mental benefits, and managing eating disorders. Across all those phases, I’ve found engaging with the science and understanding the reasoning behind my training the single most emancipatory thing; lifting with intensity and intelligence instead of my ego.
All of my training plans are individualised; no cookie-cutter templates. Whatever your goals and circumstances are, I’ll go the extra mile to base your programme on the latest research - maximising results while minimising fatigue and risk of injury.
