About me

While fitness should be challenging, all too often the culture surrounding it becomes toxic and exclusionary - especially for queer, neurodiverse, and otherwise marginalised communities. As your Personal Trainer, I’ll do my very best to make every session a judgement-free, safe, and good-faith space; breaking down any obstacles that exist between yourself and your goals.

Whether you’re part of a group who experiences additional barriers to exercise, a beginner not quite sure where to start, or just looking to dial in your training that bit further, I’m more than happy to help you get where you want to be. With multiple years experience in callisthenics, bodybuilding-style, and sports-specific training, all of my advice and programs are individualised and based on the latest science - maximising results while minimising excessive fatigue and risk of injury. Having made plenty of mistakes myself on the path to where I now am, I’m determined to use that lived experience to help you avoid making them too!
