I specialise in supporting beginners, anyone who feels anxious or unsure in the gym, and those who want to progress their fitness with clarity and confidence. When I first started - I’d walk in, avoid the free-weights area completely and make a beeline straight for the cardio machines. It’s the only area of the gym I felt comfortable in and sure of what I was doing. Overtime, with patience, the right guidance, and consistent practice, I built my knowledge, my confidence and my strength - and I’m here to help you do the same. My coaching focuses on building strong fundamentals, improving technique and creating sessions that feel enjoyable and tailored to you. You’ll walk out the door feeling proud of what you’ve achieved.
