Hi, I’m Julia!

I’m a Personal Trainer who supports complete beginners - intermediate trainees to optimise their training, develop confidence, and build trust in their body’s abilities.

Are you an enthusiastic beginner who’d like to find their way around the free weights but aren’t sure where to start? Have you been training for a while but have hit a plateau?

Wherever you are on your training journey, my approach is holistic: your lifestyle and energy levels are all considered through personalised coaching and programme design. We will review nutrition and mindset to ensure you’re creating positive change both in and out of the gym.
