Hey I’m Ben
I have been into fitness for as long as I can remember, being in shape and eating well, has always been a part of my life. I love the feeling of achievement from completing a set goal or a session in the gym.
Being ex military, I have the mindset and determination to push you to your limits and to achieve your desired goals whatever they may be. No goal is too big or too small to achieve what you want, anything is possible with the right support and determination.

Being into fitness has really helped me to be at peace with my mental health. So if you have any mental health concerns or anxiety of stepping into the gym environment I’m here to support and guide you all the way. I’m qualified in mental health support, you just need to reach out. Mental health is an important part of the training process to make sure your mindset is in the right place so that you can focus on achieving your goals.
I am currently doing my Level 4 Advanced Personal Trainer and Level 4 Nutrition qualifications. To enable me to develop my training skills to the next level to ensure my clients get the most up to date training techniques and nutrition plans.
