Like a lot of people, I struggled with my weight growing up, this effected me for a long time until I decided to make changes to my lifestyle and started prioritising my fitness. Not only did this improve my physical capability, but also my confidence and overall mental well-being
My approach is designed to help others realise these same changes are possible for them, from any starting point, using proven training methods to help you achieve your fitness goals and improve your lifestyle
Having had periods of my life being both overweight and underweight, I know what both sides of that spectrum feel like, and have experience working towards a healthier body from either angle
