About me

About me I’ve been lifting and learning about fitness for over a decade and I certainly know what works and what doesn’t. I grew up playing football and at the age of 16 joined the gym. I fell in love with strength training and how consistent work can reshape both your body and confidence.

What do I do? I specialise in helping busy people lose body fat, build lean muscle and look more toned without living in the gym – using smart strength training, simple nutrition that fits real life, rock‑solid habits and accountability for busy professionals who are tired of starting over every January.

How you can benefit from my coaching? You’ll stop spinning your wheels and actually see your body change: clothes fit better, strength goes up and you feel more confident in and out of the gym. My job is to remove the guesswork so all you have to do is turn up, follow the plan and watch the results build week after week.
