About me

I got into the gym in 2018, originally coming from a background in dance which gave me a deep appreciation for movement, body awareness, and discipline. What started as a personal passion quickly turned into a career dedicated to helping others move with confidence and build strength from the inside out.

Now a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Level 2 Fitness Instructor, I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and most importantly helping people feel confident and empowered in the gym. Whether you're completely new to training or looking to break past a plateau, I’ll meet you where you're at and guide you to where you want to be.

My training style combines weight training, HIIT, and more recently, HYROX-style training. I focus on efficient, sustainable workouts tailored to your individual goals, lifestyle, and ability.

Fitness changed my life, and now it’s my mission to help you do the same through structured programs, real support, and a no-judgment approach that keeps it real and gets results.
