After serving in the Royal Navy, I knew I wanted to continue doing something meaningful — helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves felt like the right fit. Fitness has always been a big part of my life, from hitting personal targets on my own journey to tackling charity events, fun runs & obstacle courses. My training philosophy is simple: you get out what you put in.
