I turned my passion for fitness into a career in 2020, and I’ve never looked back. During my three years at Glasgow Kelvin College, I gained hands-on experience working with a wide range of clients — from older adults and individuals returning from injuries to young people in local schools.
I was diagnosed with autism and ADHD, and I live with hEDS. I’ve never seen any of these as limitations — they’ve shaped me into a coach who truly understands the importance of accessible, adaptable, person-centred training. My lived experience helps me support clients with mobility considerations, hypermobility, chronic pain, sensory needs, or neurodivergence in a way that feels safe, inclusive, and empowering.
Fitness has always meant more to me than just movement — it’s about confidence, capability, and feeling understood. Your goals matter, and I’m here to help you reach them with training that’s tailored to your body, your energy, and your needs.
If you’d like to chat about working together, send me a message or come say hi on the gym floor. I’d love to help you take the first step on your journey.
