Hi I'm Rachel,
I’m a dedicated personal trainer, experienced with clients of all ages and stages in their fitness journey. I have a strong passion for functional fitness, health and long term wellbeing.
My approach focuses on helping people move better, feel stronger and regain confidence in their bodies, no matter the starting point.
Alongside personal training I also teach aerial fitness classes, which has helped me to develop a unique understanding of strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.
