From the fast and furious circuits, boot camp and fat burn to Pure Build, we have got something to suit your needs and speed. Enjoy the fancy footwork of boxing without the pain of a punch? Strap on your gloves and check out our pads class which will really hook you in!

Becoming a member is really easy as it’s all done online! Click on the ‘Join Now’ link on the homepage, select the gym for you, fill out all your details and once we’ve e-mailed you a unique PIN number you can book a free induction with a team member who will show you how the equipment works and give you exercise tips. If you prefer to check us out first then book a day pass and see what we have to offer.

The 6, 95 or 97 bus will drop you outside the Corn Exchange which is opposite our gym.
