We've also added extra kit, including, ascent trainers, steppers, fixed resistance machines, smith machines and more, so you have everything you need to get a great workout in.

How to find us
If you're coming from Crossstamford Street or Sheepscar Street stay in the left hand lane at the roundabout and take the first left on to Skinner Street. The entrance to the club is at the back of the building, through the car park to the right.
If you're driving to the club you can park for free on site. Alternatively, bus numbers 42, X98 and X99 stop regularly on Regent Street and Leeds train station is a 20-minute walk away. We look forward to helping you smash your fitness goal.
