Great News! Your gym is getting an upgrade!​

The upgrade includes:​

​Brand new women's workout space with a range of resistance machines, free weights and its very own dedicated functional area and a stretch area.

New functional area with a Hyrox runner, air bike , ski ergs and a 12m sled track!

Upgraded free weights area with way more equipment including an 8-bay lifting rig and all new dumbbells and plates.​

Upgraded fixed pin and resistance kit with new glute focused equipment including the BootyBuilder V8, a standing hip thrust machine and a glute kickback machine.

Upgraded look and feel to the studio with all new equipment.​

Please note the gym will remain open, so you can still come in and work out anytime. Please see notice board in club for start on site date. Please note whilst our teams work on your gym areas may be closed off, and there will be local notices in place to ensure your safety. We kindly ask that you don't attempt to access these areas during this period.​
