My fitness journey started in my 20s, I was very overweight, addicted to food and suffered with binge eating. Eventually I got up to 215 Ibs (97.5 kg) and I finally had enough, I set out on a journey to change my life, fix my eating habits, lose body fat and build muscle. After years of reading, research and applying a trial an error method, I eventually learned the best way to lose body fat and build muscle, I got down to 155 Ibs (70 kg) and totally changed my bodies composition. Not only did I lose fat and build muscle, but I found a passion for fitness, and I decided what I wanted to do with my life was help others who have been down the same path of obesity, food addiction and binge eating. My journey isn’t over yet, I still have ground to cover and new heights to reach for, as fitness is often a never-ending endeavour, but maybe we could take that journey together, whether you want to lose fat, build muscle or both, my years of experience can get you there, so what are you waiting for?
