About me

Let’s be honest. You wouldn’t be scrolling the PureGym PT page unless you were frustrated with where you’re at and ready for change. Maybe: • You’re not comfortable in your own skin • Your confidence has taken a hit • Work has pushed your health to the bottom of the list • You keep starting… and stopping Not because you’re lazy. Because you’ve never had the right structure. You’ve got a problem and you’re wondering… can this guy actually help me fix it? Yes, because I’ve lived it. Long, stressful desk-based jobs. Early mornings. Late finishes. Travel. No time. Battles with body image, snacking, confidence and bad habits. So when you say you’re struggling, I’m not guessing. I understand it. What changed everything for me wasn’t motivation. It was structure. Admitting I couldn’t do it alone. Hiring a coach gave me accountability, direction and honest guidance I’d been missing. My body changed — but more importantly, so did my confidence and mindset. That’s what I now provide. I’m not a “just turn up and train” PT. Real progress doesn’t happen in that one hour training session. It happens in the other 23. That’s where I come in. You’re signing up for a result.
