Ingrida Radevic
I know how it feels to be all-in with fitness-pushing your body to the limit, following strict diets, and chasing the “perfect” physique. I also know what it’s like to feel completely disconnected from training and struggling with food. After spending 10 years in the fitness industry and four as a full-time personal trainer, I’ve experienced both extremes. Competing at a high level taught me a lot, but it also led me to an unhealthy relationship with food and a loss of passion for training.
Through my own journey, I’ve learned that real progress doesn’t come from extremes—it comes from a balanced, sustainable approach. Since becoming a parent, I’ve realized more than ever how important it is to find a routine that works for you, rather than forcing yourself into something unrealistic.
I train women of all ages, and I will help you lose weight, improve your physique, and develop a healthy relationship with training and nutrition. My focus is on long-term success, not quick fixes. I want to help you build habits that allow you to see real results while still enjoying life—because fitness should empower you, not restrict you.
