With over two years of experience as a personal trainer and eight years as a yoga teacher, I combine functional strength training with mindful movement to help clients feel strong, capable, and resilient.
My background in competitive powerlifting taught me how to build physical strength, while yoga trained me to pay attention to every detail — from breath to alignment. In my sessions, I focus heavily on prehabilitation and injury prevention, always staying up to date with the latest research in exercise science.
