Hi, I’m Olivia.
I’m a personal trainer currently studying at St Mary’s University. Through my studies, I’m developing a strong understanding of the human body, injury prevention, recovery, and how to train safely and effectively. This knowledge allows me to help my clients improve their fitness while also focusing on proper technique and long-term health.
I’ve always had a passion for sport, especially basketball, which has played a huge role in shaping my love for fitness and teamwork. Whether you’re just starting your fitness journey or looking to push yourself further, I’m here to support and motivate you. Every session I run is personalised to your individual goals, helping you build strength, confidence, and long-lasting healthy habits. I believe that motivation, consistency, and a positive mindset are key to achieving real, sustainable progress. My approach centres around creating individualised programmes that fit each person’s objectives and skill level.
In my opinion, fitness should be both fun and effective. I aim to create an environment where you feel inspired, confident, and motivated to challenge yourself while enjoying the process.
