For years, I battled with health challenges and searched for ways to feel strong, confident and at home in my body. Now as the fittest and healthiest I’ve ever been, my mission is to help women do the same, step into their strength, build confidence and feel truly connected to their bodies.
I specialise in coaching women who want more than just a workout plan. My approach blends strength training with lifestyle coaching, guiding you not only through your sessions but also with rest, recovery and daily habits that support long term results.
Your mind, body, and soul are all connected, so together, we’ll focus on building physical strength while also nurturing mindfulness and self awareness. I’ll help you feel empowered in the gym, in tune with your body and confident in every part of your life.
