Our ladies only area offers female fitness lovers total privacy in a fun and friendly atmosphere. As well as access to a wide range of equipment, ranging from cardio to kettlebells, you're spoilt for choice with a timetable of free ladies only group exercise classes designed to suit all ages, abilities and fitness goals.

PureGym Ilford is situated next door to the Exchange Shopping Centre on the High Road in Ilford, above Lidl. If you're coming by car our postcode is IG1 1RS. You can park in the Citi park car park on Clements Street where it costs £1 for one hour, £1.60 for two hours, £2.30 for three hours or £7.50 for all day. We also offer a 25% off discount for parking so just pop in to speak to the team and they will let you know how to receive this.
As for public transport, there are various bus stops nearby, we're just 200m away from Ilford tube station, plus there are bike racks nearby if you fancy warming up before you workout with a bike ride.
