Hi, my name is Emily!
My own fitness journey started in 2020 in lockdown. Daily walks, long runs and exercise classes on YouTube kept me sane and I soon realised the importance of exercise for mental health. Once the gyms reopened I joined Pure Gym Maidstone and got myself a PT, who I am still incredibly grateful for. She helped me find my confidence inside the gym and in my life outside of fitness, which inspired me to want to do the same for others! Pure Gym is my second home and I would love to help you find your confidence here too!
