Hi, I’m Zane — a coach who knows what it’s like to start from scratch. When I first stepped into the gym, I was small, shy, and got roasted by my friends who jokingly called me “fibre optic legs” (yeah, the calves were non-existent). I started at 65kg and now sit comfortably at 82kg — but the transformation hasn’t just been physical. The gym completely changed my mental health, mindset, and self-confidence.
Now, I help others do the same. My mission is to empower people — especially those navigating body changes, gender transitions, or low self-esteem — to build strength, feel safe in their skin, and unlock real confidence. Whether you’re brand new to lifting or looking to level up, I’ve got your back.
My coaching style is all about strength and resistance training tailored to you.
